Our investment profile is sector independent, implying that we are open to investment in most sectors, with the exception of real estate companies. Our investments normally span from SEK 40 m to SEK 100 m per company. In return, Priveq normally secures an equity holding of 30-70% with the aim of completing an IPO or trade sale in four to seven years.
We are looking for successful Nordic corporations that satisfy the following criteria:
- Robust growth
- Strong, goal-oriented corporate management
- Sales normally over SEK 100 m
- Profitable
- Secure market position
- Aiming for a trade sale or an IPO within four to seven years
