To date, Priveq has managed three venture capital funds with total assets under management of over SEK 3 bn. The capital is mainly sourced from well-known Nordic institutional investors like the Fourth National Pension Fund, life insurer Handelsbanken Liv, the Swedish Co-operative Society’s investment arm KF Invest, Norwegian industrial and finance group Orkla, Skandia Life, Telia’s Pension Fund and the Third National Pension Fund.

The latest fund, Priveq Investment III, was created in 2005 and has assets under management of over SEK 1,200 m. At present, the fund is investing actively in Nordic growth companies seeking to change ownership structure or that require a capital injection to sustain growth.
